My Fall Announcements
Giving Back, Growing, and Gifting Wellness
A Season of Celebration & Support
The autumn leaves are falling, soon to feed the earth. As we transition into the last two months of the year, we tend to turn inward. We prepare for winter festivities, gather our accomplishments, and wrap up our remaining tasks so we can snuggle up and feed our souls with warmth and comfort. This is a particularly special time for me, as my own preparations for Diabetes Awareness Month begin to take shape. I hope you are as excited as I am about all the updates I have to share.
Giving Back for Diabetes Awareness Month
Diabetes Awareness Month was established in 1982 by the American Diabetes Association (ADA). It coincides with World Diabetes Day, observed on November 14th in honor of the discovery of insulin (Frederick Banting’s birthday). During this month, you’ll see diabetics sharing their stories, pharmacies hosting free A1c screenings, and healthcare facilities distributing educational materials.
To me, this month is exciting because I’m finally in a position to contribute in a meaningful way and give back to my community. That’s why I’m gifting ten (10) free 90-minute, 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
Who its for: Anyone who is currently diagnosed with diabetes of any type. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or want to navigate the end of the year more intentionally, this is for you! During our 90-minute session, we will explore your personal strengths, creatively find ways to bring more joy into your life with diabetes, and design an actionable plan to ring in the new year.
If you’re anything like me, you might be thinking, “Eh, talking to someone I don’t know about stuff I think about all the time? No thank you.” I get it. We can chat via text to get to know each other first. Let me assure you, this will be a joyful, collaborative experience—not me telling you what to do.
How to Enter:
To apply, simply message me directly using the button below.
Write the word “ENERGY” so I know you’re interested in a free session.

Discounts for my Creative Community !
Another way I wanted to give back this November is to celebrate all my creative folk who consistently inspire hope and bring more color into this world. What is a creative, you ask? A creative is someone whose professional work is defined as “creative,” someone who likes to make things as a hobby or passion project, someone who has studied art, or anyone who is curious about unlocking their inner creative.
This is for you!

Give The Gift of Wellness!
Keep my services in mind this holiday season. All my coaching packages are available as gift certificates. It’s a unique, meaningful, and deeply supportive alternative to traditional holiday gifts. I often enjoy giving gifts like these to others because I find it difficult to invest in my own wellbeing most of the time. It’s much easier to put someone else’s wellbeing before your own, so help a friend or family member out and give them an opportunity to connect with themselves in a sustainable, joyful way.

The commercial landscape of the 21st Century has shown us needs in social, economic, and environmental perspectives that have been previously underrepresented. Cheechable LIVN conversations are representative of humanities’ future opportunities and concerns, like sustainable community systems, new experiential language, and creating space.
I’ve recently joined The Chronic Pain Project! Although we all share the unfortunate experience of living with chronic pain, together we speak about our experiences through artwork. Its a powerful connection of deeper understanding, and empathy. As we head towards the end of the year we are looking forward to showing more of our artwork publicly in January. You can learn more about the project here.
If you are someone living with chronic pain and are interested in joining in, there is an open call for the next show in Jan. Illuminating the Invisible: The Beauty Behind the Pain opens January 8, 2026 at the Southwest Community Center in Portland, Oregon, running through February 20.
